Check in Policy
What you can expect
- Preferred check-in time is 4:00pm. Checkout time is 11:00am.
- Smoking is not permitted on the Resort grounds. There is a $250 non-compliance fee.
- Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
- Specific floor plans cannot be guaranteed. Your preferences have been submitted
with your reservation and are subject to hotel availability.
Booking and cancellation details
- An advance non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation will be
charged to you at the time of booking. This amount is applied to the total bill.
- Changes to the dates of stay, activity package or number of rooms confirmed will
be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates.
- High season cancellation (Summer - Friday April 3, 2009 to Sunday October 11, 2009).
Full payment is processed 7 days before arrival. Cancellations inside 7 days are
subject to the full reservation total.
- Low season cancellation (Winter - Monday December 1, 2008 to Thursday April 2, 2009
and Monday October 12, 2009 to Friday April 2, 2010). Full payment is processed
72 hours before arrival. Cancellations inside 72 hours are subject to the full reservation
total.
An early departure fee may be charged to your hotel account if you check out prior
to the confirmed departure date. Please verify your anticipated departure date with
the Front Desk on arrival.
Reservations and advance deposits for holiday and special events may require a larger
deposit and a different cancellation policy.
